Client understands and acknowledges that U.S. Asset Records is a debt analysis & consulting company. Client shall not use these services and records for any purpose that (i) infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy, or (ii) is defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.
Client agrees that information will not be used for credit purposes and is not intended to be indicative of any consumer’s credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, or other characteristics listed in Section 1681(a) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Client shall not use this site or service (i) as a factor in establishing an individual’s eligibility for credit or insurance, (ii) in connection with underwriting individual insurance, (iii) in evaluating an individual for employment purposes, (iv) in connection with a determination of an individual’s eligibility for a license or other benefit granted by a governmental authority, (v) in any way that would cause the services or information to constitute a “consumer report” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., or (vi) in any other manner that would cause such use of the services to be construed as a consumer report by any pertinent entity or governmental authority.
Client understands and agrees that no information obtained through this site or any of its representatives is or shall be construed as legal advice, legal opinions or legal recommendations.
Client understands and acknowledges that U.S. Asset Records research data is obtained from millions of private and public offices and databases. While this research service is the most comprehensive available, the information is only as accurate as the information being reported by private and public entities. U.S. Asset Records does not in any way control the information reported by the entities, nor is the company affiliated with the private or governmental entities that maintain the information.
Client understands and agrees that U.S. Asset Records shall not be liable for any type of economic or non-economic damages, including special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to information obtained through this site or from its representatives, or the information contained in it and/or arising out of any occurrence, transaction or communication allegedly made by a third party with respect to information or services obtained from this site. All attempts are made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data provided by U.S. Asset Records representatives or contained in this site.
Client understands and agrees that U.S. Asset Records together with its vendors, contractors, associates and/or representatives are specifically released from any and all liability of any kind, for any reason, arising out of the use of this site or information obtained from U.S. Asset Records in any form.
